Jim and Carole Smith founded Smith Business Advisors, LLC, in 2002 after 30+-year careers in executive and management-level positions with national professional services firms.

Our vision: To continue the work we enjoyed in helping

our clients meet their vision and goals for their companies.

We work with owners of independent small-to-medium sized businesses, in any phase of their life cycle -- from start-up and growth, to maturity and transition. We commit to the business owner who is ready and committed to taking action to resolve any challenges to their business's well-being.
